“I’m very happy with my progress. I’m seeing muscles I haven’t seen in years. Yesterday morning, I saw abs! I’m seeing development that makes me think I’m overcoming insecurities I’ve always had about working out. Three months ago, at the start of my treatment, I really fished for excuses not to exercise. Now I kind of look forward to it. Other people have noticed changes in my physique, too. My sleep is generally better, junk food is less appealing than it was, it’s a lot easier to concentrate than it has been in a long time, and I’m actually less stressed throughout the week. Looking ahead: I’m more optimistic about my goals than I’ve been in a long time.”
